For almost 20 years, R&C has been the national reference platform for the installation of Satellite and Fixed 4G solutions, as well as for in-home assistance throughout France. It acts as a single point of entry for Nordnet Service customers seeking technical assistance. With more than 35 partners and over 350 qualified technicians, R&C ensures a response capacity of 800 operations per month, covering 100% of the national territory.

Orange's business customer connection requests include the study of connection points and infrastructure deployment. We carry out connections on customer premises, with tests, validations, link measurements and supply of DOEs on completion of the work.

FTTH deployments in RIP, Pays de Loire region, covering both Transport and PM backbone zones. Use of end-to-end deployment technology solutions. Implementation of a dedicated project management and work scheduling unit, having federated partners to intervene throughout the area concerned.

Services for business customers include design of connection points, architectural adjustments and infrastructure deployment. We carry out terminal connections on the customer's premises, including tests, validations and link measurements, with handover of the DOE at the end of the work.

Connecting new customers to fibre optics quickly and efficiently for Bouygues, with 8,000 operations a month and 70 dedicated technicians. As well as guaranteeing high-performance infrastructure maintenance in the Paris region, we also carry out expert appraisal and compliance work for private and business customers. R&C has been setting up and managing the national home installation, breakdown and assistance platform throughout France for almost 20 years. R&C is the single point of entry for customers calling the Service Canal for assistance. More than 35 partners and over 350 technicians ensure a response capacity of 10,000 operations per month, covering 100% of the national territory, with a satisfaction rate of over 95%. Minimum response time: 1 working day.

A network of service providers throughout the country enables us to optimise turnaround times and ensure efficient service management. Once the call has been created and notified, a qualified technician is assigned to the site and schedules a visit. On site, he assesses and resolves the problem, writes a report, and validates the intervention with the customer before finalising the process, including estimates and signatures if necessary.

Studies of 30 MPs in the Marne département (51), 15 MPs in the Ardennes département (08) and 12 MPs in the Aube département (10). Our design office is fully autonomous in its FTTH (RIP) design processes.
